Bernie Sanders is Grade-A Hypocrite

Bernie Sanders is super upset about the reductions in domestic spending in President Trump’s budget.

Because “the poor!!!!!!”

This morning, the man with three houses tweeted out this:

Says the guy who worships wealth so much he owns three homes and takes advantage of every possible tax deduction he can.

The truth is, one look at his tax returns pretty much confirms that Bernie Sanders isn’t just a hypocrite.

He’s a Grade-A Hypocrite.

When he was running for President, Sanders released his 2014 tax returns which revealed that he and his wife donated $8,350 to charity.

Sure, that seems like a lot. And it would be for someone who’s adjusted gross income is less than fifty grand.

But for Bernie Sanders – lover of the poor and owner of three houses – it’s chicken feed.

In fact, it is only 4% of his 2014 adjusted gross income.

Four percent.

And who knows if any of that charitable giving went to “caring for the poor?”

When the Boston Globe reached out to get details on what charities benefited from his contributions, the Sanders campaign didn’t respond.

But wait! There’s more!

This man who cares so much about the poor also took in $46,000 in Social Security benefits despite the fact that he earned $156,000 as a US Senator.

Stop and think about that.

Bernie Sanders is taking forty-six grand in Social Security while seniors are going hungry!!! You know, like the ones who depend on Meals-on-Wheels to eat.

I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to live in a country where a man who earns $156,000 a year gets to suck down forty-six grand in Social Security benefits.

Why anybody with half a brain listens to a word this hypocritical old fart-knocker says is a mystery to me.

Once you hit 70 1/2 years of age you are required to take out at least a min amount of SS. However he’s “worked” for the gov’t his whole life so he doesn’t get SS. Don’t know if it belongs to his wife.

In 1984, a second retirement system–the Federal Employees Retirement System, or FERS–was introduced. People who began working for the Federal government in 1984 or later are covered by FERS instead of CSRS. Also, some workers who had been covered by the CSRS program chose to switch to the FERS program when it became available. Work under FERS is covered by Social Security

Liberals, Democrats and apparently, Socialists, need to live in unbridled luxury in order to sustain them for the struggle to support the poor.

Wait, didn’t President Trump’s 2005 tax returns prove that he paid 23 percent more taxes than Bernie Sanders? Bernie, for all of the fraudulent bullshit he spews, paid about 13 percent in taxes and complains that the rich people pay too little taxes. What a phony.

Hmm, let me think about this (whether he’s a hypocrite) for a bit. I served 31+ years (for pay purposes) in the military and retired on disability. He makes about 4 times more for his senate ‘salary’ (wonder what he’ll get for retirement?) plus more than twice what I get for SS. His latest vacation ‘shack’ cost more than 6 times what my retirement home cost. I’m not complaining by an means as I live pretty comfortably but for him to squawk about the poor in any fashion is, well hypocritical at best.
BTW, (again not bragging, just stating fact) I donated almost as much to my local church and various charitable organizations as they did. Yep, he’s definitely a hypocrite.
