From gang rapist to accused ice thrower

ice thrower

My how the wild accusations against Brett Kavanaugh have been downsized.

It really is a sight to behold, is it not?

The Democrats led with their most heinous accusations – all of which have been batted away as easily as a handful of ice.

So what do they have left?

“Brett Kavanaugh is an ice thrower!!”

According to a crack reporter at the New York Times, Brett Kavanaugh was involved in a bar fight while at Yale where he was accused of *gasp* throwing ice at someone.

Accused being the operative word here.

But no matter.

The reporter in question went on the record back in July that Kavanaugh had to be defeated.

Poor Emily. She must have been crestfallen when the “Kavanaugh is a gang rapist” narrative blew apart.

So now all she’s left with is “Kavanaugh was accused of throwing ice over thirty years ago.”

Our Free Press, ladies and gentlemen – those noble Guardians of Freedom, Democracy, Truth and stuff.

Naturally other idiots in the news media pounced on the alleged ice throwing incident with so much breathless vehemence you’d think Kavanaugh drove drunk off a bridge and left a girl to die.

From gang rapist to accused ice thrower in a week.

This would be wildly comical if not for the fact that Kavanaugh and his wife and children have been put through hell.

You know the Democrats and the media have overplayed their hand when even members of the Surrender Party are mocking them.

This is Operation Backfire at its finest.

They thought they could smear Kavanaugh to the point where the Republicans did what they always do — cave.

But it backfired on them.

Republicans aren’t caving. And no. I don’t include Jeff Flake because he’s not a Republican.

As I said back when this whole mishegas began, this tactic only works for Democrats if the Republicans back down immediately.

But the Republicans didn’t back down. And the Democrats and media had no Plan B in place.

And if “Kavanaugh is an ice thrower!” is the best Plan B they could come up with on the fly, then they’ve got nothing.

They made a mockery of the Senate’s Advice and Consent.

They tore this man’s life apart with slanders, smears, and outlandish accusations.

And after all of it, they’ve got nothing.

In fact, the only thing these hacks have managed to do is so enrage the voters that come November that Blue Wave they’ve been hoping for will be no bigger than a puddle of melted ice.

I know a guy who has a third cousin who said he knows a lady that is married to a guy whose dad’s uncle’s brother-in-law’s father lived next to Brett Kavanaugh when the judge was 6 years old. Guess what??!!!?? Brett rode his big wheel across that man’s lawn after he was told not to. That proves he is unfit to serve on the Supreme Court!

Even the weather has made an accusation:

    Dear NYT:

One day, during a snowstorm in January 2015, while “digging out” his driveway, Judge Kavanaugh physically assaulted me and my family with a shovel and threw handfuls of sand and rock salt on us.

He also threatened us verbally using foul language, telling us what he would do if he ever saw us on his property again. He said something about “moving and a country known to have warmer climate!”

McConnell absolutely MUST call this vote. There’s nothing to lose if he does, there’s a LOT to gain if he does, and even more to lose if he lets Schumer delay it until after the election.

Heitkamp (D-ND), Nelson (D-FL), Manchin (D-WV), Donnelly (D-IN), and McCaskill (MO) are right now in serious doo-doo in pre-election polls. McConnell calling the vote forces their hand. They might save their arses if the vote to confirm. Any of these 5 that votes against Cavanaugh is toast.

If there’s no vote, they can all “move to the center” a week before the election to improve their re-election chances.

In the worst case, if Kavanaugh gets rejected and the GoP keeps and increases it’s majority, they can nominate him again if they want him bad enough. If not, too bad for Kavanaugh, but he wasn’t the only person on the list.

The reason Schumer wants to delay until after the election is to protect these vulnerable Democrats plus angle for Flake’s and Corker’s seats. Schumer as Senate majority leader is the absolutely WORST thing that can happen right now. We’re talking complete stonewall of DJT’s agenda and then blame Trump for the economic malaise that results. Stop all of his judicial appointments. Re-write Senate rules to disenfranchise the GoP. Schumer’s chances improve if he gets these people re-elected.

When I used to go to bars back in the day, I can’t count the number of young males and sometimes females who reached into their drink and threw a cube. SMH

Next tactic, nationide, “civil disobedience”. Riots, vandalism, increased harassment. The banshees of hate will reach a fever pitch real soon. I expect there will be a few suicides over not being able to opt out of the national alert today. Safe spaces, and therapy critters will be in short supply. The last nasty pickle has been picked from the bottom of the barrel, they got nothing left, but the usual leftist song. Feelings…nothing more than feelings! Lets Roll.
