Remember the kindly old farmer from Babe?
Yeah. He’s kind of a gibbering nut-bag in real life.
In an interview with Variety, actor James Cromwell railed against “fascism” and “totalitarianism” while fomenting Revolution and “blood in the streets” if the Democrats fail to stop Trump next Tuesday.
Then, while being honored at the Carney Awards (never heard of them), Cromwell kept up the violent rhetoric:
“We will have a government that represents us and not the donor class. We will cut through the corruption, we won’t have to do what comes next, which is either a non-violent revolution or a violent one, because this has got to end.”
Good grief. That’ll do, pig.
What is it with Leftists and these constant calls to spill blood?
But isn’t this pretty much what Hillary Clinton said the other day?
Only if the Democrats win can civility return. Otherwise… Revolution and blood in the streets.
This “vote the way I want or we’ll have a Revolution” is straight-up voter intimidation.
And yet Cromwell thinks Trump is the fascist totalitarian.
Honestly, these people are mental.
And what exactly is “this” that “has got to end?”
A booming economy?
Record low unemployment?
Growing consumer confidence?
Yes, that’s all just horrible, isn’t it?
President Trump has freed the US economy from the heavy hand of government regulation.
Isn’t that the opposite of totalitarian?
For days now, the news media, Hollywood and the Blue Checkmark army of sheep have been decrying President Trump’s “divisive rhetoric” for “inciting violence.”
And yet it is idiot “celebrities” like this big mouth who is literally inciting Revolution and “blood in the streets” if the election doesn’t go his way.
Not that this is new. I’m old enough that I remember these same people rioting after the 2016 election.
I am so sick and tired of this fearmongering garbage.
There is not one thing that has come out of President Trump’s mouth or from his Twitter feed that comes anywhere close to the incendiary rhetoric of these idiots.
And yet where is the outrage in the media over Stretch Cunningham’s revolution and blood in the streets fantasy?
I mean, if chanting “CNN sucks” gets Jim Acosta so upset he cries himself to sleep, shouldn’t calling for violent revolution and blood in the streets merit some condemnation?
The fact that this kind of violent rhetoric is given a general pass by the same news media that well-I-nevers over every single thing President Trump says only exposes them for the frauds they are.
Listen, I really disliked President Obama. But it never would have entered my mind to call for a violent revolution and blood in the streets to stop him. Because I’m not an unhinged lunatic.
In fact, from where I’m sitting, the only people who are normalizing violent rhetoric are the cranks in the ResistanceLOL, their celebrity enablers and the compliant handmaids in the news media.
Hat tip Breitbart.
