There has never been a man more devoid of self-awareness than Barack Obama.
This past August, moments after giving a statement on the beheading of American journalist, James Foley, Obama hightailed it to the golf course for some fun and laughs with his pal Alonso Mourning.
Shortly afterward, Obama appeared on Meet the Press where he observed, “There’s no doubt that — after having talked to the families, where it was hard for me to hold back tears listening to the pain that they were going through, after the statement that I made, that, you know, I should’ve anticipated the optics.” [Emphasis mine]
But Obama never anticipates the “optics,” does he?
Yesterday morning, two police officers were shot in Ferguson, Missouri.
Later that day, the White House Twitter account send out this tweet:
Violence against police is unacceptable. Our prayers are with the officers in MO. Path to justice is one all of us must travel together. –bo

Barack Obama didn’t even bother sending out a tweet from his own account.
Instead, Optics Man hopped on Air Force One and jetted to Los Angeles to appear on Jimmy Kimmel’s late night talk show (and of course to fundraise).
Yup. Optics man strikes again.
Nobody has done more to diminish the office of President than Barack Obama.
No wonder Iran is so delighted.
