Televised Therapy for a Disgruntled Former Subordinate

Televised Therapy for a Disgruntled Former Subordinate

Adam Schiff’s Impeachment Porn has now devolved into a televised therapy session for a disgruntled former subordinate.

Today’s “star” witness is former Ukraine Ambassador Maria Yovanovitch.  And apparently we have now officially halted the impeachment proceedings so she can whine and cry over President Trump firing her because he didn’t understand just how brilliant and superior she truly is.

Of course she’s crying.

That was the plan all along.

Gotta get those battleground state voters to change their minds about impeachment.  So bring on the waterworks to tug at the heartstrings!

But at the end of the day, the facts remain the same.

And the fact is, this disgruntled former subordinate was just that – a subordinate.  She and every other Ambassador serves at the pleasure of the President of the United States.

Cry all you want, Maria.

The President has every right to fire you for whatever reason he chooses.

The fact that you’re disgruntled over being fired is not an impeachable offense.

This disgruntled former subordinate should’ve been fired.

For one thing, as Judicial Watch revealed last month, she was having the State Department illegally “monitor” specific conservatives and reporters including Donald Trump Jr., John Solomon, Pamela Geller, Jack Posobiec, and Sebastian Gorka.

She’s not a victim.

And she certainly isn’t a “witness.” She’s providing nothing by way of “evidence” against the President.

No.  She’s there to puff herself up and brag about how important she is.

And to cry.

Because Bad Orange Man fired her.

And as this disgruntled former subordinate whined about how unjust it all is that President Trump fired her, President Trump explained exactly why he fired her.

And how are the Democrats and the media responding?

To claim that those tweets amount to “witness intimidation” and therefore IMPEACH!!!

Yeah, I’m not kidding.

Adam Schiff even read that tweet to her during the hearing for crying out loud.

Right now on Twitter, thousands of people are tweeting “I hired Donald Trump to fire people like Yovanovitch.”

But this is all the Democrats have – a fired disgruntled former subordinate who believes that she, not the President, should be in charge of Ukraine policy.

Ambassadors are not given lifetime appointments.

Every single President has the right to replace Ambassadors with his own people – people who will advance and implement that President’s foreign policy.

And that is the very thing Yovanovitch refused to do.

Congress holding a therapy session for her so she can vent her spleen and show us all on the doll where Orange Man hurt her is not evidence of an impeachable offense.

But, again. This is all Adam Schiff has.

The Democrats will lose 2020 badly if they do not stop the theatrics

Agreed Tre Woods, badly is putting it mildly. Any sane American knows two objectives of the Left is to oust President Trump and re-distribute wealth to the government. Catastrophic results would follow.

For witness intimidation to occur, at some point a witness is required. DJT is still just trolling the clown show, and we love it!

Am I to understand morons like Baier and all the other MSM hacks claim that Yovanovitch was being intimidated by a tweet contemporaneous with her testimony, a tweet she could not access or read while giving her testimony? How would she know she was being tampered with? Oh, did Adam Schiff read the tweet to her? Well, now who’s tampering with Yovanovich? Cue the tears — boo hoo.

And as far as these so-called witnesses are concerned, it’s always been my understanding that a person is not primarily a witness “against something.” That is merely a gainsaying logic sleight-of-hand to the fact that a person is a witness “of something;” and these so-called witnesses have no first-hand knowledge of anything about which they can attest — other than their feelings are hurt and they don’t like Trump. Am I wrong? (Reminds me of Lee Ermey’s commercial about “yellow makes me sad.”

“Send in the Clowns” thank you Judy Collins, Stephen Sondheim, and Sesame Street. But I and a majority of Americans know that they are there in the House and wasting taxpayer money.

Why Ambassador Yovanovitch eventually would have been recalled even without the boohooed previous criticisms.

“It was great that you were the first one who told me that she was a bad ambassador because I agree with you 100%. Her attitude towards me was far from the best as she admired the previous President and she was on his side. She would not accept me as a new President well enough.” — Ukrainian President Zelensky, July 25, 2019 phone call transcript.

Didn’t Obama fire all ambassadors appointed by Bush?
The incoming Obama administration has notified all politically-appointed ambassadors that they must vacate their posts as of Jan. 20, the day President-elect Barack Obama takes the oath of office, a State Department official said.

Didn’t Clinton fire all U.S. Attorneys?
Although Bush and President Bill Clinton each dismissed nearly all U.S. attorneys upon taking office, legal experts and former prosecutors say the firing of a large number of prosecutors in the middle of a term appears to be unprecedented and threatens the independence of prosecutors.
