Another Hurricane Derp: This time from Anderson Cooper

I just saw this on Twitter and about laughed my ass off.

First we had the Weather Channel’s Cecil B. DeMille-style acting.

Now, we have this picture of Anderson Cooper filmed waist-deep in water while his crew stands tall above him.

Let me guess, Anderson appeared to be in deeper water because he was standing on grass – whereas his crew was on pavement.

Is that it?

Come on, you guys.

For Pete’s sake, cut it out.

What possible “newsworthy” purpose can there be for staging scenes like this?

Hard to believe that just last month CNN was celebrating the coordinated editorials from hundreds of newspapers around the country defending the honor of the Free Press.

Remember that?

It aged as well as a quart of milk in the sun.

These staged scenes are not only deeply dishonest, they are really insulting.

And it begs the question.

If Anderson Cooper and CNN won’t hesitate to cravenly lie about a hurricane, what else have they been lying about?

Why on earth would anyone believe a single thing they report?

All they have to do is not be fake news.

And they just can’t do it.

UPDATE:
A reader from Patriot Retort’s Facebook page commented that he believes this picture is from Hurricane Harvey (or possibly Hurricane Ike). Not that it makes it any less fake and idiotic, but I thought I would at least make note of that.

Why do they have to be out in the weather, anyway?

Just point the camera at the rain if you have to. I can take it from there.

    Sheesh.

Is that an alligator lurking in the weeds? If it took a bite out of that lying schitts weasel, it would have to lick it’s ass for an hour to get the taste out of it’s mouth.

CNN: Hurricane devastation isn’t dramatic enough!
Anderson Cooper: I can fix that.

He’s standing in a drainage ditch. He talked some woman into getting in there with him for an interview. She had to be a Democrat because a normal person would have refused and stood there and talked to him from the higher ground.

Good grief. It’s about as real as Reality TV.

Why would a normal person, standing in waist-deep water, have is free hand in the water? Pocket pool?

The left-wing media is screeching in denial – “DON’T BELIEVE YOUR LYING EYES! BELIEVE US: FactCheck.org, SNOPES, GQ , Salon.com…

Yet, there’s Anderson Cooper, standing in a swampy ditch among the cattails while everything else is a good 3 feet above him – including the dry porch of the house next door… BUSTED!
