The Memo Meltdown

Memo Meltdown

Rush Limbaugh is fond of saying that Democrats will always tell you what they fear by what they attack.

And the way the Democrats are melting down over this Memo tells me they are flat-out terrified.

Terror oozes off of them like rancid sweat.

If this Memo were a whole lotta nothing, would they be screaming as loudly as they are?

Not on the likely.

And the louder they scream, the harsher their smears of Devin Nunes, the more certain I am that this Memo is going to be earth-shattering.

This morning, a petrified Nancy Pelosi formally demanded that Speaker Ryan remove Devin Nunes from his chairmanship of the House Select Committee on Intelligence. [Hat tip Twitchy]

Nancy claims that releasing this memo is a GOP “cover-up campaign.”

So, the Republicans wanting to make this memo public is Nancy’s idea of a cover-up?

Dear Lord. This woman is an idiot.

See, like most of the Democrats, Nancy is claiming this Memo is the GOP’s attempt to undermine the Trump Russia investigation.

And she may be partially correct. But it isn’t that the Republicans are underhandedly undermining the investigation so much as the Memo completely discredits it.

And that, my friends, explains the Memo Meltdown.

Democrats are terrified that their grand plans to regain the majority and oust the President are about to fall apart like a cheap sweater in the spin cycle.

They’re only hope of getting President Trump out of their hair is to bludgeon him with this stupid Russia investigation, drag it out until after the Midterms in hopes that they win back the majority and finally get to impeach him.

And from the way they’re panicking, I’m guessing this Memo is going to monkey wrench their plans.

Which explains why this Memo Meltdown has also infected the news media. Those bastions of uncovering government corruption are likewise shrieking to high heaven.

There’s no doubt about it. The Democrats and their publicists in the news media are flat-out petrified of this Memo’s release. And because they’ve kicked this meltdown up to Spinal Tap 11, they’re doing a piss-poor job of hiding it.

In fact, these guys are spinning so hard, if they’re not careful they’re going to end up with puke on their shoes.

But I do have to admit, I’m finding it all kinds of entertaining.

    (1) Isn’t it weird that in America, our flag and our culture offend so many people, but our benefits don’t?

    (2) How can the federal government ask U.S. citizens to pay back student loans, when illegal aliens are receiving a free education?

    (3) Only in America are legal citizens labeled “racists” and “Nazis,” but illegal aliens are called “Dreamers”.

    (4) Liberals say, “If confiscating all guns saves just one life, it’s worth it”. Well then, if deporting all illegals saves just one life, wouldn’t that be worth it?

    (5) I can’t quite figure out how you can proudly wave the flag of another country, but consider it punishment to be sent back there.

    6) The Constitution: It doesn’t need to be rewritten, it needs to be reread.

    (7) William F. Buckley said: “Liberals claim to want to give a hearing to other points of view, and are then shocked and offended when they discover there are other points of view.”

    (8) Joseph Sobran said: “‘Need’ now means wanting someone else’s money. ‘Greed’ means wanting to keep your own. ‘Compassion’ is when a politician arranges the transfer.”

In 1870 the National Socialist Workers’s Party made their first order of policy – “Tell a lie loud enough, and long enough; folk will believe it true!”! the Last 100 years has shown them to be very good at “news” (FAKE NEWS). Only if the GOP over and over, day after day, after day says “the FBI tried to wrongly put Don in jail!” will most people get the message. Repetition (as social psychologists called it from the ’30’s to the ’70’s) is needed to make something (either FAKE NEWS or the truth) sink in.

We have heard the FBI’s lies thousands of times the last 3 years! Many think they are true! REPETITION! Tell the lie very loud and many, many times! It almost always works!
