You’d have to be high to think CNN is Real News

Real News

The fact that a CNN on-air personality blazed up a bong for someone during their New Year’s Eve show pretty much confirms what we already knew.

You’d have to be high to think CNN is a real news outlet.

Who knew when I made this image back in August, I was closer to reality than we thought?

What the CNN people do on their own time is nobody’s business.

But on what planet is acting like drunken, stoned frat boys while live on the air a good idea?

Then again, I guess we shouldn’t be surprised.

When you’re bleeding audience, you’ll do just about anything to drive up ratings.

So now they’re trying to appeal to people who are too high to know that CNN is a joke.

Personally I have never understood why any cable news network would broadcast a New Year’s Eve show to begin with.

They’re not Dick Clark, for Pete’s sake.

But after a year of desperately trying to regain their reputation as Real News, it seems an especially bad idea.

Then again, when over the last year has CNN made a wise decision?

Poor Jim Acosta. How will he defend this?

Real News dude

I think CNN knows the “we are Real News” battle is over and they lost.

So instead of making 2018 the year they redeem themselves, CNN decided to drown their reputation under a gallon of bong juice.

Good going, guys.

I lived for a spell in the northern part Honshu Island, Japan. Marijuana is illegal in Japan but for an interesting exception: rice farmers are allowed to grow it in their paddies to kill rats. Farmers plant fresh marijuana when they plant their rice paddies. Rats coming into the rice paddies to feed on the tender rice plants are attracted to the marijuana, eat the marijuana, and die. Believe me, it’s very effective. After witnessing that first-hand, I will never understand why people want to ingest rat poison.
