31% – The reason the media is pushing Omarosa

According to Rasmussen, President Trump’s approval rating among black voters is 31%.

And that my friends is exactly why the media is hopping on the Omarosa bandwagon.

Sure, they know her book is about as credible as an email from a Nigerian prince.

But they don’t care.

They need to ratchet up the “Trump is a racist” meme because the Democrat Party is hemorrhaging black voters.

The media believe that Omarosa and her over-the-top, fact-free accusations are just the ticket to turn blacks against the President.

What’s odd — and what these idiots in the news media fail to grasp — is this strategy isn’t working.

Ten days ago, Rasmussen reported Trump’s approval among black voters was 29%.

And after ten days of “Trump is a racist for calling Don Lemon dumb” and “Trump is a racist for insulting LeBron” and “Omarosa says Trump used the N-word on a tape she has yet to produce” and “Trump is a racist for calling Omarosa a dog,” that number went up to 31%.

But you know the definition of insanity.

They really believe that this time, the Trump is a Racist card will work.

Here’s the problem for the news media. For most Americans, having a job and more money in your pocket is vastly more important than the accusations from an unhinged, increasingly delusional bitter chick with a grudge.

But what else can they do?

The media can’t promote all the wonderful things Democrats have done to lift minorities out of poverty – mostly because Democrats haven’t done squat.

In fact, for 2018 Democrats are running on the exact opposite:

They’re campaigning for unfettered illegal immigration which drives down wages among the poor.

And they’re proudly campaigning on repealing the tax cuts and deregulation that have helped unleash this booming job market.

So what is the media to do?

Well, they play the race card.

“Sure, your life is better. But Trump is a racist who may or may not have, at one time, used the N-word on a tape that nobody can produce. And this bitter chick with a grudge says it exists even though she claims she never heard it but she heard it and it exists but nobody seems to know where it is.”

Gosh, I can’t imagine why that’s not working.

That’s precisely why they aren’t bothering to fact check Omarosa’s book before posting screaming headlines and chyron crawls promoting her increasingly wild accusations.

Common sense tells me that if in fact such a tape existed, it would have been released in the fall of 2016.

Does anybody believe for one microsecond that any person in possession of this elusive tape would have thought, “Boy, this tape would really kill Trump’s chances of beating Hillary. But you know what? On the slim chance he wins, let’s hang on to it for two years and release it before the Midterm elections.”

Come on.

Democrats and the media always push too hard and too far. There’s no way anybody would sit on that supposed tape before the 2016 election.

But no matter.

The media is desperately hoping that just hinting at the existence of such a tape will be enough to stop black voters from approving of the President’s job.

And they have good reason to be desperate.

If the Democrat Party loses 31% of black voters, the Red Wave this November will be more of a bloodbath.

But this tried and true racist smear that so effectively neutered previous Republican Presidents slides off of Trump like he’s been Scotch-Guarded for one obvious reason.

His actions as President do not support the accusation.

And when it comes to your own economic security, actions speak louder than Omarosa – no matter how big of a bullhorn the news media give her.
