April Ryan angry that Trump is an equal opportunity insulter

Has there ever been a President who is more of an equal opportunity guy than Donald Trump?

He doesn’t care if you’re white, black, brown, male, female – he treats everybody the same.

And, see, that’s a problem for the Identity Politics grievance mongers on the Left.

Case in point, former jazz DJ, CNN contributor and White House correspondent April Ryan.

You see, April Ryan is mad.

She’s super-duper mad because President Trump is as rough on her as he is everybody else.

So she’s taken to the Washington Post to complain about it.

Apparently April believes the only reason Trump “loves insulting” her is because she’s a black woman.

Noted black woman Jim Acosta has yet to weigh in.

Given April’s position here, Mika Brzezinski must be a black woman.

Crazy Joe Scarborough and dumb as a rock Mika are not bad people, but their low rated show is dominated by their NBC bosses. Too bad!

Jake Tapper must be a black woman.

And let’s not forget that well-known black woman and NBC host Sleepy Eyes Chuck Todd.

President Trump didn’t call April Ryan a loser because she’s a black woman; he called her a loser because she’s a loser.

See, here’s the problem for people like April Ryan and Maxine Waters.

They have spent their entire life hiding behind the “I’m a black woman so you can’t be mean to me” shield. And they’ve become so used this shield working.

But it doesn’t work on Trump.

He treats everybody the same regardless of their skin color.

Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t one of the goals of civil rights to make it clear once and for all that the color of someone’s skin should never be used as a reason to treat them differently?

But April Ryan not only expects to be treated differently because she’s a black woman; she demands it.

In a nutshell, April Ryan is saying “you can’t insult me, I’m a black woman.”

And personally, I find that a bit insulting.

On the one hand, feminists tell us women – especially women of color – can do, be, and accomplish anything a white man can.

But when someone like President Trump takes them at their word and treats them exactly as he does white men, they cry “No fair, racist!!!!”

Meanwhile, April Ryan regularly goes on CNN and insults President Trump. Hell, even First Lady Melania is fair game for April’s nastiness.

It’s the old “she can dish it out, but she can’t take it because RACIST!!!!”

Personally, I loathe when someone excuses their ignorance, meanness and general incompetence by hiding behind the race card. Especially when that someone is lobbing attacks at others with wild abandon.

Ryan wants to contribute to the contentious environment in the White House Press Corps, while at the same time demanding that contentiousness never touch her.

And that is nonsense.

Honestly? If April can’t take the heat, maybe she’s in the wrong business.

Perhaps now is a good time to go back to being a jazz DJ. And leave the reporting to actual reporters.
