Benghazi: Six years later

Today marks the sixth anniversary of the terrorist attack on the State Department outpost in Benghazi, Libya.

Six years later and the news media is still providing cover fire for the feckless incompetence of the Obama administration.

Six years later and we still do not know what the President and Commander-in-Chief was doing while Americans fought and died in Benghazi.

It’s sickening to me that Barack Obama just last week claimed that Benghazi was nothing but a conspiracy theory.

What a bloodless and cold commentary on the deaths of Americans on his watch.

And when Kris Paronto, one of the brave contractors who beat back the terrorist attack, called him out for it in a series of tweets, Twitter suspended Paronto for twelve hours and forced him to delete one of the tweets.

This one, however, he was allowed to keep:

The media and the overlords in big tech want to memory-hole Benghazi.

And, really, who can blame them?

Benghazi not only represents the blundering ineptitude of the Obama Administration. But it also reveals that this blundering ineptitude had real-world disastrous results — costing us American lives.

But worse, Benghazi revealed the Obama Administration’s craven willingness to cover its own ass by lying to the families of the fallen, by lying to the American people – even to the point of making a scapegoat of an innocent man.

And while they refused to scramble anyone to Benghazi to provide support or cover, they wasted no time scrambling the Obama PR Team to provide support and cover for the President.

I called them “Conceal Team 6.”

And now that Conceal Team 6 is no longer on active duty, the mainstream news media and Big Tech are there to make sure the cover-up continues.

But we will never forget what happened in those 13 hours six years ago.

And as I have done for the last two years, I will spend the evening watching the film “13 Hours” to remind myself that though sometimes there are cowards and liars in government, there are true American heroes.

I will not forget the names Christopher Stevens, Sean Smith, Glen Doherty and Tyrone Woods. But I will also take time today to honor Kris “Tanto” Paronto, Mark “Oz” Geist, John “Tig” Tiegen, Dave “Boon” Benton and the other brave men who courageously defied the odds, ran toward gunfire, and put their own lives on the line to protect and defend their fellow Americans.

That the former president to this day belittles their actions as well as the sacrifice of those who died by mockingly referring to Benghazi as a conspiracy theory is shameful and disgusting.

And that the news media remains committed to providing cover both for this shameful man and his once presumed heir apparent Hillary Clinton is an absolute travesty.

Let’s not overlook that Chris Stevens was the U.S. Ambassador to Libya, the President’s personal representative. Killing an Ambassador is widely considered an act of war. The previous U.S. Ambassadors killed in the line of duty were John Mein, Guatemala, 1968; Cleo Noel, Sudan, 1973; Roger Davies, Cyprus, 1974; and Francis Meloy, Lebanon, 1976. (Arnold Raphel, Pakistan, 1988, was killed in a suspicious plane crash which also killed several Pakistani leaders.)
Has el Presidente’ O’bummer ever once made reference to the personal attack against his office and the United States?

God bless those men who fought and died so bravely. God bless the survivors who are still fighting against evil Obama, evil Hillary and the corrupt media who continue to shield them from justice. We join the families of these men to not let anyone forget what truly happened.

As a US Navy Veteran I have been appalled by Obama and his feckless administration of political hacks, haters of America, clueless academics and affirmative action brown noses.

The simple FACT that Susan Rice LIED to faces of the families of those murdered by terrorists in Benghazi is unforgivable EVER.

Skillful us of the “Patriot Act” let Petraeus and Clinton throw a guy who live near me because his Tube vid caused Benghazi! Pretaeus and Clinton held him in jail for 5 years no arrest warrant. Before the Patriot Act these acts by the government were clearly illegal.

I never for a second thought David was not lying!
