I can see Hillary tossing Huma under the bus

You probably think I’m nuts. But given the fact that the FBI investigation revolves around emails found on a laptop used by Huma Abedin, I can totally see Hillary tossing Huma under the bus to save her candidacy.

Yeah, yeah. I know. She and Huma are closer than the “Love is” couple.

But I don’t think that will matter one bit if this investigation threatens Hillary’s vainglorious lust for the White House.

And it may be very likely that what the FBI has could put Huma in some serious hot water.

John Hinderaker over at PowerLine pointed out last night that it is probable Huma committed perjury in her testimony to the FBI.

Paul Sperry over at the New York Post concurs:

But Abedin’s role in this caper begs for fresh scrutiny. Making false statements to a federal agent is a felony. So is mishandling classified information.
By forwarding classified emails to her personal email account and printing them out at home, Abedin appears to have violated a Classified Information NonDisclosure Agreement she signed at the State Department on Jan. 30, 2009, in which she agreed to keep all classified material under the control of the US government.

The revelation that there are thousands of emails on this laptop means Huma wasn’t exactly straight with the FBI regarding her own use of private email during her time at State.

I can totally see James Comey, in an effort to appease both sides, recommending charges against Huma while leaving Hillary to skate.

My gut tells me Hillary would happily let Huma be her sacrificial lamb on the altar of public outrage.

And the truth is, Huma Abedin is deeply loyal to Hillary. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if she would willingly let herself get tossed under the bus if it helped Hillary steer clear of indictment.

I think she’d do anything for Hillary.

Look, the Clintons demand absolutely fealty. But they themselves are not loyal people.

These Podesta emails have made that abundantly clear. Knowing that close Clinton confidantes even admit that Chelsea, like her mother, will not hesitate to stab you in the back leads me to no other conclusion.

When push comes to shove, both Bill and Hillary would sacrifice their most loyal pawn to save themselves.

And Huma Abedin is the most loyal pawn Hillary has.

If Hillary believed that tossing Huma under the bus would leave her free and clear, I have no doubt she’d do it.

Now, that’s not to assume that any charges will come from this.

Color me doubtful on that front.

If this FBI investigation into Hillary’s misconduct has taught me anything, it’s that there is no justice in this Justice Department.

But the pressure not only from Congressional Republicans and the voting public, but also from members of Comey’s own FBI may just mean that he has to charge someone to get this whole incident behind him.

The fact that this investigation revolves around Huma leads me to suspect he’s already chosen his target.

Call me crazy, but I think Hillary would happily hand him Huma on a platter.

If she wins on November 8, she can make pardoning Huma one of her first priorities.

If she loses, I’m sure Obama would be happy to put a stop to any pending indictment by offering the pardon on his way out the door.

Just spit-balling here, to be sure. But that’s what I’m thinking.

What do you think?

While I agree with you 100% regarding Hillary…I don’t know about Huma. The very real possibility of doing jail time just might give her pause. I think, to some extent it would depend…if Huma thinks Hillary is about to throw her under, I think she wouldn’t hesitate to strike first, and squeal on Hillary, in order to prevent prosecution, as I’m sure she would be offered immunity in exchange for her testimony against Hillary.

The lot of those surrounding Hillary are TRUE deplorables, as you so aptly pointed out recently. I can’t help but hope that every last one of ’em get what’s coming to them.

Not sure about this…this is what the public hates so vehemently about the current situation: business as usual. They will not be so easily mollified by such a transparent move and essentially a doubling down of the coverup the FBI had already perpetrated…

Huma is well protected. The Muslim Brotherhood will not let one of thier top agents of destruction fall. Hillary and Obama cannot afford to piss in the Muslim Brotherhood post toasties. They are bought and paid for ten times over. Pop some popcorn, sit back this will be interesting to watch as history unravels, errrh, unfolds over this next week.

I do not think that Huma will just go quietly.
Once her Muslim Brotherhood handlers see that she might be arrested for this, they will spirit her away, back to the desert, to be received as a hero for infiltrating and guiding Killary all of these years.
Then Huma can go back to editing the mooslim magazine that pushes for Sharia accross the planet.
And then the MSM will fall all over themselves, proclaiming that Killary was an unsuspecting pawn of Huma’s, and that we should elect her because she has had a hard way to go.
I’m joking of course, BUT the sad part of this, is that given the way the media licks Killary’s ass, it could happen that way.
We have sunk so low in America, due to people like Killary and Bill, and the Bushes, and the Kennedys, and all of the other corrupt dynasty type families, who feel entitled to rule over us all.
They can all kiss my “white priveledge” ass.

If the past is an indicator, Clinton would happily throw anyone close to her under the metaphorical bus or maybe even a real one.
