Captain Hindsight scrambles to shift the blame
This weekend, after thousands of nursing home residents have died from New York State’s deadly nursing home policies, Captain Hindsight Cuomo finally got around to changing the policy.
First, the NYS Department of Health quietly removed the page on its website that ordered all nursing homes to readmit COVID-19 patients to their facilities whether or not they can adequately provide for them or protect the safety of their other residents.
Then, because he loves issuing edicts, Captain Hindsight took to Twitter to share his decrees.
What a terrific idea! Too bad you didn’t implement this, oh, say, two months ago. Then again, Captain Hindsight is great at closing the barn door after the horse escapes.
Naturally he also leveled a threat. Because that too is standard operating procedure for this feckless buffoon.
As if it was their fault they brought sick patients into their facility.
Nursing home administrators were begging the state to let them place COVID patients away from their residents. They weren’t allowed to.
So why on earth is it necessary to threaten their license?
That’s a rhetorical question. Fact is, Captain Hindsight has a long track record of passing the buck, covering his ass and issuing threats.
The glut of deaths in New York nursing homes wasn’t the fault of the nursing homes.
It was your fault, Captain Hindsight.
And no amount of threats and lectures will change that.

He was too busy doing cutsie interviews with his brother to be bothered to protect those most vulnerable.
He had more important things to do – you know, like figure out what actor would play him in the movie about his life.
But none of this is a surprise to me. It’s why I told you back in March that Captain Hindsight here isn’t a Hero; he’s a slime ball with a long history of passing buck, hiding corruption, and shifting the blame.
But for Democrats who adhere to the Politics of Good Intentions, words always matter more than actions.
So all Captain Hindsight has to do is utter some “inspiration-a-day” platitude, and the national news media and Democrat voters will gush like teenage girls meeting their idol.
You can bet little brother Chris won’t challenge Cuomo on his deadly missteps during this pandemic in any of their wacky one-on-one interviews.
Nobody in the news media will.
Their job, their only job, is to serve as fluffers for this incompetent boob.
No matter how many New Yorkers pay the price with their lives.

It is beyond pathetic that this piece of shit and his equally worthless brother have lived off their daddys name,who once made a speech at the DNC convention and became a liberal icon. What’s worse is that he’ll be re-elected by the denizens of the decaying metropolis while the rest of the state suffers. Much like our situation here in Illinois.
We are seeing the actions of ‘Cuomo, the lesser’ heir to the state of New York; son of Mario the Pious.
Somehow Andy seems to think he is a ‘real leader’ only he isn’t. He is a Photo-op expert who lacks any concept of how the real people live. Everything he says is to promote his personal brand of BS.
Getting caught in his own ineptness is not new. Problem is that this issue will not easily be swept under the rug. When someone’s parent or grandparent dies due to a governor’s idiotic orders, they tend to remember that. Too bad he is not up for re-election this year. He would likely lose.
By the time the next gubernatorial election comes to pass, the democrat party faithful will have had their memories purged and new hatreds of some Republican figure will take its place.

Same thing is happening here in PA. The “ever lovely” Rachel Levine, the state’s Health Secretary who has basically taken over the job of that moron governor Tom Wolf, has pulled the same stunt with nursing homes.
There is a growing outcry for “her” ouster.
