Exploiting Children: Just how low will CNN go?

Exploiting children

Apparently CNN has taken Rahm Emmanuel’s cynical motto to heart.

They are not letting the murder of seventeen people go to waste.

After spending the last five days flogging the mass-murder in Parkland, Florida, CNN shows no sign of letting up.

Hey, who can blame them? After all, there’s still some ratings to be squeezed out of every last drop of blood shed.

In two days CNN will hold a completely non-partisan, totally unbiased Town Hall with students and parents from Parkland.

You can tell it’ll be non-partisan and unbiased just by the title they’ve given it: “Stand Up: The Students of Stoneman Douglass Demand Action.”

I wonder if CNN already has the T-shirts with this title printed up and ready to pass out.

You know, just like the T-shirts they made for that corrupt San Juan Mayor Carmen Yulín Cruz.

Now, to be fair, exploiting children isn’t entirely about ratings for CNN.

After all, if CNN was concerned about ratings, they would have completely revamped their format two years ago.

No. For CNN ratings are secondary.

Advancing the Left’s Agenda is their primary goal.

And just like Obama exploiting the grief of the Newtown families in 2013, CNN is exploiting these students and their parents to advance an anti-gun agenda.

In other words, they are victimizing them all over again.

It’s pornographic, really, but hardly surprising.

And when CNN got called out for exploiting these kids to beat the drum for gun control, Jake Tapper decided exploiting children isn’t enough.

He also used them as human shields:

No, Jake. We’re not attacking the survivors; don’t be a douche. We’re attacking you for shamelessly exploiting their trauma for your own political ends.

There’s something deeply cynical and craven about descending like vultures when children are most vulnerable.

But that’s the state of CNN today.

And the fact that their quest to advance this anti-gun agenda is so all-encompassing that they are willing to exploit these children shows just how vile and despicable CNN has become.

But they have no shame — no sense of decency.

And in the long run, they don’t care if their exploitation leaves these kids even more traumatized than they were after a madman tried to kill them.

Nothing has been beneath CNN for over 25 years. Nothing will ever be beneath them. They always have, and always will, go below the worst of the worst.

The good news (and it is really old news) is that their “eyes” have been in more or less steady decline for 20 years. Were it not for the taxpayers they would be gone. Same with NPR – BTW.

It’s becoming apparent the CNN recruits their reporters from various houses of ill repute. That’s about the only thing which could explain their skewed reporting.
