Grandpa’s train of thought derails . . . again
You know what we really need? We need an infrastructure bill to replace Grandpa Biden’s train of thought. Because yesterday the damn thing slipped the tracks again . . . and again and again.
Forget roads and bridges, or high speed rail that will get you from New York to California faster than a plane. If we don’t make the necessary steps to replace Grandpa’s crumbling train of thought, the entire country will careen off a cliff.
Though, at this point, the replacement will be worse, so we’re kind of screwed either way.
Did you see the video montage from Joe’s brief appearance announcing the US will be out of Afghanistan by the end of next month?
It is agonizing to watch – but like a train wreck, you just can’t look away.
I see that Kamala isn’t the only one in the Administration who gets that “deer-in-the-headlights” look.
While the brain freeze in the final clip isn’t nearly as long as the brain freeze he suffered during the NATO summit, it still felt like an eternity.
Despite his train of thought derailing, old Joe still managed to slip in a bit of a tall tale at the end – acting like he deserves some credit for taking out bin Laden. When in reality he was one of the few Obama people who opposed the mission.
But he’s done that before:
Hoo-boy. So not only did Biden lie to Peter Doocy about not opposing the mission, he also thinks bin Laden was taken out by an airstrike.

Sure, we could play the “Imagine if Donald Trump’s train of thought slipped the tracks several times in one address” game. But we all know exactly what the reaction from the media would be.
Trump slipped slightly while going down a wet ramp and these people screeched for the 25th Amendment. Grandpa’s brain short-circuits countless times in one press event, and it’s crickets.
And you wanna know why the media is ignoring it?
I don’t think it’s just that the media is shielding Grandpa Joe. Although that is definitely part of it.
I think they know that whatever scheme the White House has to replace him hasn’t been finalized as yet. Phase One, the “destroy Kamala through coordinated leaks” phase, has only just started. They still need to force her out and replace her with a VP who isn’t universally hated by both the administration and the public.
So until that’s done, the media will pretend that everything inside Joe’s mashed potato brain is tickety-boo — repeating the mantra “It’s a stutter” as old Joe blunders through each day losing his train of thought, getting cranky with reporters, and eating ice cream from a cone.
Meanwhile, there doesn’t seem to be any one person in charge of the Biden White House. Instead what we have is, as Kurt Schlichter said in his column yesterday, “various fiefdoms within the *dministration each doing their own thing:”
Now, the lack of someone in charge is not necessarily bad. The last thing we want is for an intense, vital leader focusing the collection of pinkos, commies, and bizarre mutations that make up the *dministration on achieving its nefarious ends. But what we have here seems to be a patchwork quilt of bureaucrats, politicos, and social media blue checks each pushing individual fetishes instead of their awful agenda as a whole. The result is not just chaos– ah, glorious chaos– but the ham-handed way they are going about it is also energizing we normals’ resistance.
While I’ve always seen Joe Biden as a loathsome, vicious asshole, the truth is, what the Party and his idiot wife have done to him by A) forcing him to run for President well past his cognitive prime while B) rigging an election to get him there is the cruelest abuse imaginable.
But it is still not as abusive as what they’re doing to the country as a whole.

Listening to Gropey Dopey Joe is like riding Disney’s Matterhorn. Inevitably, the train reaches the point where the rails end in a mangled mess. The ride then goes backward……in the dark……at a high rate of speed, leading one to believe all this will not end well. Thankfully, most on the theme park ride (with two tragic exceptions) survive the experience and are none the worse for it. The same cannot be said for the country that is currently under the “leadership”?! of Uncle Alzheimer.
Dianny, while I agree it is elder abuse (which makes Jill even more loathsome), Joe could have said no. And the fact that he is still lying about his past (I hit one off the right-field wall!) makes me despise him even more. Yes, he is a sock-puppet of the left currently, but he’s letting himself be used.
OFF TOPIC. Why isn’t it an absolute requirement that every vote cast in any Federal election must be tied to a Social Security number? Don’t want to know for whom the vote was cast, but only that the vote was cast by a person with a SSAN. Cheating in any Federal election must be a felony with swift and certain punishment. $10,000 fine and a month in PRISON. All ‘black-box’ technology must be eliminated, and PAPER BALLOTS must be counted by PEOPLE from both sides. What’s the rush? Vote on Tuesday and get the results on Friday. I’ve been voting since 1964, and I have NO confidence in the system used today. It must be 100% BULLETPROOF! Absolutely honest with a certified chain of custody at every step. Voting “machines” are an open invitation for fraud. This would be a good first step in cleaning the SEWER of Washington DC.
As a now retired 40 year field office SSA employee, most of it in upper management, I can say with some authority that almost all illegal aliens possess a valid Social Security card. However, the card and the number belong to someone else who is, most often, a US citizen. During my tenure at SSA, all Puerto Rican birth certificates issued prior to July 2010 were invalidated. Also, there was a limit placed by SSA on the number of replacement SS cards one person could receive in his lifetime. Valid birth certificates and Social Security cards possessed by US citizens were being sold by the thousands to illegals. I worked on a case once, not long before I retired, of a Peruvian illegal who posed as a Puerto Rican US citizen. He went so far as to obtain a US passport so he could come and go from the US without any hassle. I learned that the State Department frowns mightily on anyone who uses another identity to get a passport.
If honest voting cannot be counted on, Conservatives will need to get as corrupt and determined as the vile Leftists. Gandhi said: “When I despair, I remember that all through history the way of truth and love has always won. There have been tyrants and murderers and for a time they seem invincible, but in the end, they always fall… think of it, always.”
Let us hope and pray… There’s always plan B.
@Sir Tom-I believe you may have missed my point. In no way did I say that honest voting cannot be counted on. I’m sure there is a way. My point to you was much more narrow and simpler. You opined that SS numbers be tied to each vote as a way to keep the voting honest. I only refuted this one point. I stated that tying each vote to a SS number will not make certain that the vote is honest. Then I thoroughly explained, based on my many years of first hand experience, exactly why that would not work. In every illegal alien case I have ever encountered, that alien had a legitimate SS card. I’ll go on to tell you an additional detail that I learned. Buying someone else’s SS card and using it as your own is, of course, illegal. At first, I referred every case to Office of the Inspector General for evaluation and, hopefully, prosecution. After seeing that none of my referrals ever made it to the prosecutor’s office, I asked the OIG special agents one time when they visited my office, what does it take to get an iron clad perfect example of a federal crime referred for prosecution? Their explanation was defeating, but still made sense. The prosecutor’s office receives many more criminal referrals than they can possibly work up and take to court. They have to weigh each case for importance, dollar amount, likelihood of front page press, and other factors (some political.) Say that you’re a prosecutor and you have a couple of cases from SSA on your desk that you must choose from. One is a poor beleaguered “undocumented immigrant” who loves his family so much he would break the law in order that they might not starve to death, and the other is someone who stole a million dollars from a large number of mentally challenged beneficiaries, which would you prosecute? The example above I gave a couple of days ago of the Peruvian illegal was prosecuted from a referral by the State Department. He didn’t only violate federal law, he also embarrassed them.
I firmly believe Dr. Fishnets pushed him to do this. She wanted to be in that White House so bad. And the Democrats pushed along because they knew they could control him. This guy is a total embarrassment, a liar, a nasty person and just a plain moron.
Don’t let him anywhere near the nuclear codes.
