Hillary’s upcoming book provides Dianny with another “I told you so”

I’m sure you all have heard about the snippet from Hillary Clinton’s upcoming book “What Happened” where she gripes about Donald Trump standing behind her during the second debate.

It made her uncomfortable, she said. Trump was a creep who was invading her personal space.

The funniest segment is this:

“Do you stay calm, keep smiling and carry on as if he weren’t repeatedly invading your space? Or do you turn, look him in the eye, and say loudly and clearly ‘Back up you creep. Get away from me. I know you love to intimidate women, but you can’t intimidate me so back up.’ I chose option A. I kept my cool, aided by a lifetime of dealing with difficult men trying to throw me off.”

If it’s true that Trump “can’t intimidate me,” why is she still writing about how uncomfortable it made her?

Clearly it did intimidate her.

Honestly, Hillary’s utter lack of self-awareness is more of a handicap than being born with no legs.

But, this little tone-deaf bit of nonsense did give me an opportunity to once again say, “I told you so.”

Here is what I wrote the morning after that debate:

You’d think a woman who likes to talk about how super tough she would be with Vladimir Putin wouldn’t get so rattled over Donald Trump standing during the debate.
But then again, tough talk from Hillary Clinton is about as honest as any other kind of talk from her.
The Battalion of Bitching Feminists are super angry that Donald Trump had the nerve to stand.
”He was bullying her!!!!
By standing.
”He was trying to intimidate her!!!!
By standing.

The fact that Hillary is bringing this up in her upcoming book means that even now – nearly eleven months after this debate – Hillary is still rattled and upset by Donald Trump standing.

Does she not realize that it makes her look impossibly weak?

Apparently not.

I went on:

As far as I can noodle out, Trump’s crime was “Standing while tall.”
And male.
If Team Clinton thinks it will help Hillary’s cred to complain that she was being intimidated by an upright Donald Trump, they might want to rethink that.
It is true that Donald Trump standing tall on the stage made for great optics. He looked commanding and confident.
And, see, that’s what bothers Hillary.
She wanted Trump to be defensive and cowed.
Actually, she needed Trump to be defensive and cowed.
If Trump standing is enough to get under Hillary’s skin, that says a hell of a lot more about Hillary Clinton than she would want.

No wonder the Democrats wish like hell Hillary would just go away and not release a book that only keeps fresh in voters’ minds just what a miserable candidate she was.

Which, of course, is another Dianny “I told you so.”

Not that I’m counting.

But in April, in my column There’s nothing worse than a chick that won’t let go, I wrote:

Eventually, even those who voted for her are going to get tired of hearing her harp on this in speech after speech.
Because this kind of endless griping sucks all the oxygen out of the room. And even the people who like you get sick of it.
It doesn’t make Hillary look good.
Then again, not much makes Hillary Clinton look good.
But at her age, being the chick that won’t let go is going to get old really fast.

I know why they chose to release this specific audio version of her upcoming book.

They wanted us to hear Hillary in her own voice call the democratically-elected President a creep.

That’s it. That was the entire thinking behind it.

Like I said the other day, Democrats suffer from short-sighted thinking.

Team Hillary was so focused on the word “creep” they didn’t stop to consider just how pathetic and thin-skinned their former candidate would come off.

I’m telling you. This upcoming book isn’t going to redeem Hillary Clinton.

Instead, it’s only going to confirm what we already know about her.

She’s petty, resentful, bitter and in denial.

And hey! We don’t need a book to tell us that.

Speaking of this audio clip from her upcoming book.

Here’s a tremendously funny segment between Mark Steyn and Tucker Carlson.

I think this set the cause of electing a woman president back decades. If she was so so weak as to be intimidated by Trump just standing behind her, how would she stand up to the world’s dictators and thugs?

I remember hearing that the whole Trump stalking Hillary was bull way back,,, but no one has ever laid it out.
Last night on Tucker Mark Steyn killed on this and it was funny as hell and he’s right of course,,, BUT, I still would like to know if Trump actually did what she claimed or if it’s a TOTAL lie instead of a partial lie.

Oh, yes. Saw Steyn on w/Tucker last night & thought Tucker was going to wet his pants from laughing. Steyn was terrific!

Gee, we all were told that Pants Suits was so tough!

No, he didn’t. Hillary walked away from her podium and crossed in front of Trump. It’s kind of weird that you didn’t see it or hear about it after all of the news commentary about his standing behind her. He wasn’t as close to her as she wants you to believe he was. Um, she lies.

Hit the pause button ans ask the audience what to do – typical Clinton. Can’t make an independent decision, needs a focus group to determine how to act in public.

I would totally buy her crappy book with the sole intention to laugh at her robotic voice. What a joke she truly is. Get over it, you sucked as a candidate.

And I thought the reason she lost was her smug, condescending, “I must be 50 points ahead” now attitude, not to mention the culture of corruption that just seems to seep out of her pores.

Trump’s maneuvering behind her was a classic fighter move — didn’t want to see her face. Just keep the eyes above the hips Don and it will be well.

It’s skin doesn’t ‘crawl’, it sags.

Snappy comebacks have a half life of about 10 seconds, so these brave comments now a year later? Not a player.

    F*** her with Bill’s d***; not mine!
