I’ve joined Parler
Today I signed up for Parler – the free speech alternative to Twitter.
Once again today a tweet from President Trump was labeled with a warning ostensibly because it contained a “threat of harm against an identifiable group.”.
It was this tweet — which doesn’t contain a threat of harm against any identifiable group at all:
On top of that the brilliant video meme maker Carpe Donktum was permanently banned from Twitter just a short time ago.
This was Carpe Donktum’s message on Parler:
Yeah, the two little children video got him permanently banned. No doubt it has nothing to do with “copyright infringement” and everything to do with that fact that President Trump frequently shares Carpe Donktum’s videos on Twitter and it makes the media sputter with rage.
It’s obvious now that Twitter intends on interfering with the 2020 election by any means necessary. Not just by obstructing the President’s tweets, but also going after anyone with a large platform who defies the Left’s approved narrative.
Ironically, right now so many people are furious with what Twitter is doing, Parler is trending on Twitter. Clearly I’m not the only one who is joining Parler.
If and when President Trump creates a Parler account, I have a feeling there will be a mass exodus from Twitter – with hundreds of thousands of people nuking their Twitter accounts and picking up Parler instead.
For the time being, I’ll keep tweeting from my @DiannyRants account on Twitter. We’ll see how long that lasts. If the majority of folks I really enjoy on Twitter make the move to Parler, I just might bail on Twitter completely.
I figure in a year, Twitter will consist of nothing but blue checkmark “journalists,” Hollywood celebrities and bitter angry members of the ResistanceLOL all screaming helplessly at the sky.

What, they wouldn’t let you join Sprechen? Parler is pronounced PAR-LAY. I know, it makes no sense. What happened to the “R” sound at the end? A lot of French words are like that. Je ne sais pas pourquoi.
Sir Tom–Many thanks for the proper way to pronounce Parler! I’ve been kinda fuzzy on its pronunciation since joining yesterday.

yeah, gab never seemed to get traction, maybe people were not disgusted enough with Twitter yet… I have avoided Parler up until now but if Dan Bongino and now the wise and good Dianny is there, I am in!! Having said that, I searched for user @DiannyRants and did not find it. I will keep trying…
