Jesse Kelly perma-banned from Twitter

Jesse Kelly

Shortly after InfoWars and Alex Jones were banned from Twitter, Jesse Kelly appeared on Tucker Carlson’s program and pointed out that this was just the beginning.

Eventually Twitter would come after him and after you.

Turns out it was a very prescient statement.

Yesterday, without warning and without explanation, Jesse Kelly was banned from Twitter.

While it is true that Twitter can be an absolute cesspool, there are a handful of people who make it worthwhile.

And for me, Jesse Kelly is chief among them.

He’s funny, insightful, honest, irreverent, and whip smart. I can’t count the number of times, I’ve included his tweets in my posts.

At least three or four times a day, I go to Jesse’s timeline and check out all of his tweets to make sure I don’t miss a single one.

And never has Jesse tweeted anything vile, hateful, harassing or threatening.

He’s not that kinda guy!

Meanwhile, the psychotic socialist group that harassed Tucker Carlson’s wife in her home and posted videos of it on Twitter received only a temporary suspension.

Jesse Kelly is one of the last of the decent men.

So I guess I can see why someone like Jack Dorsey would want to get rid of him.

Jesse Kelly knew this was coming – not because he’s controversial because he’s not. He knew it was coming because every conservative on Twitter is just biding time until they too are banned.

The purpose is to silence those who are effective.

And anyone who thinks this is okay – who thinks “they’ll never ban me” – Jesse Kelly is right. You’re just hoping to be the last one eaten.

Here’s a LINK to a column Jesse wrote for The Federalist after Alex Jones was banned.

Real the whole thing. It is excellent.

Here’s just a taste:

Freedom is not something you acquire by practicing it. You don’t one day wake up and decide you are free. Freedom is something tangible and it requires the cooperation of others. If others will not give you that cooperation, you have to take it from them. We need to stop whistling past the graveyard and realize the left is seeking total victory. They do not want to compete in a marketplace of ideas. Their goal is to silence dissenting voices.

Like Jesse said, we stood silently while the Left took over entertainment and education. Are we really going to let them remove us from social media as well?

Someone should come up with a pro-conservative alternative social media site/system/network. Put a great big “NO LOONEY LEFTIES ALLOWED” sign on the door. Or we could just stop using their site. Boycotts WORK.

I got rid of my twitter account months ago. I’m glad that the tech giant industry is failing. They deserve to be punished for silencing people they don’t agree with.

I’d send them a thank you note and frame the ban notice to hang on my wall.

I don’t use Twitter, but I think all conservatives who do should start a #WalkawayfromTwitter hashtag and then watch Jack and Co panic when their user base drops by half.
