Never go full-on crazy

Remember when Democrats recoiled in horror when someone would posit that Barack Hussein Obama wasn’t born in the United States?

Oh, the humanity!!! These people are crazy conspiracy freaks!!!

In the interests of full disclosure, I was never a Birther. For me, there were plenty of reasons to distrust Barack Obama’s loyalty and love of the country without wondering if he was born elsewhere.

Sure, I know. He passed himself off as a foreign student.

But that probably has more to do with Barry’s obsession with “otherness” than anything else.

So, no. I don’t think he was born in Kenya or Indonesia or Outer Mongolia.

But I do think that when he was younger, playing up his foreign upbringing made him feel special – fascinating, an attractive oddity.

To this day, Obama is obsessed with being the most fascinating person in the room.

It’s something he’s never grown out of.

Don’t get me wrong, I do think Obama was hiding a lot – just not the place of his birth.

In my opinion, Obama wanted to hide the fact that he wasn’t nearly as brilliant as his campaign said he was. Plus, it would have been impossible to portray Obama as a “centrist” if we all knew about his Marxist, Anti-American upbringing. Not to mention his drug use and sexual proclivities.

As odd as I found the Birther Movement, it never rose to the level of crazy.

You know, the way the Anti-Trump Resistance does.

Compared to these Anti-Trump people, the whole Birther Movement seems insignificant.

Let’s be honest. The Anti-Trump people have gone full-on crazy.

And you should never go full-on crazy.

On his “show” yesterday, Keith Olbermann actually begged foreign intelligence agencies to take down the Trump White House.

No, I’m not going to provide you with the video.

Having grown up with a paranoid schizophrenic grandmother, I believe it is never wise to indulge the insane ramblings of crazy people.

If you really want to watch it, Debra Heine at PJ Media is kind enough to supply it.

But let’s be honest. Keith isn’t the only one who is crazy.

Rachel Maddow is one eyebrow-raise away from going full-on Olbermann.

Meanwhile, Olbermann is one crazy statement away from bottling his own urine and mailing out package bombs from some cabin in the woods.

We jokingly referred it to as “Trump Derangement Syndrome.”

But these people are actually, categorically deranged.

What these anti-Trump crazies fail to comprehend is people are generally afraid of the insane.

Crazy ramblings aren’t exactly great persuasion techniques.

In fact, the only people who are prompted into action by crazy people are other crazy people.

One need only consider how one crazy gunman killed five Dallas Police officers thanks to the hateful rhetoric of the Black Lives Matter crowd.

How long before some violent nut job feels the need to act on Olbermann’s crazy talk?

Not that Keith cares.

He is too far gone to consider the consequences of his deranged and inflammatory rhetoric.

That’s what happens when you depart the land of the sane and go full-on crazy.
