Okay, let’s talk about Hugo Chavez in a Skirt

Chavez in a skirt

I’ve resisted the temptation to write about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez – the socialist candidate who won a primary against Establishment Democrat Joseph Crowley.

It isn’t that I’m not interested exactly.

It’s more that I wasn’t particularly interested in jumping on the bandwagon and promoting this Hugo Chavez in a skirt.

But in the intervening days since Tuesday’s primary, media outlets have been fawning all over this socialist candidate as if she’s the second coming of Jesus and not the second coming of Chavez.

And as I watch the slobbering love affair between Femme Chavez and the sycophants at MSNBC and CNN, I find myself grinning from ear to ear.

It’s always enjoyable watching another example of “Operation Backfire” unfold before our very eyes.

The news media is pushing her like she a movie star.

And because they always push too hard and too far, it’s going to blow up in their faces like a trick cigar.

In a way, what’s playing out is the exact same thing that the media did with David Hogg.

And how’d that work out for them?

Like little Hoggie before her, the fame has already gone to Female Chavez’s Ocasio-Cortez’s head.

In fact, she’s already endorsing other candidates.

According to the Orlando Sentinel, Chavez in a skirt has endorsed the primary challenger of Florida congresswoman Stephanie Murphy.

From a veritable nobody to a self-styled king-maker in less than a week.

Talk about delusions of grandeur.

But the news media can’t get enough of her. And the more she talks — the larger her platform — the more insane and out of the mainstream Americans realize she is.

Sure, the predominantly Hispanic district in which she’s running may gobble up her nonsense with a spoon.

And who can blame them?

A lot of those folks come from parts of the world where Evita-like socialists are wildly popular.

But the rest of the country isn’t Venezuela – as much as socialists like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez may want it to be.

Yesterday, Daily Caller opinion writer Eddie Zipperer combed through the recent Harvard/Harris poll, and it’s clear that the majority of Americans aren’t down with the crap Chavez in a skirt is promoting.

You can read the entire Twitter thread HERE.

But let me just give you a few examples.

And, more importantly:

The fact is anybody the media touts as a “rising star” is probably a whacked-out extremist whose views are diametrically opposed to the rest of the country.

Or a porn actress.

And since 72% of all Americans — not just Republicans — think the news media is fake, their high praise of Chavez in a skirt isn’t exactly a ringing endorsement.

And, see, that’s why I’m grinning.

Sure, she probably will win the election in November because, frankly, nobody even knows the Republican who’s running against her.

But a media that is wishing and hoping for a Blue Wave would have been better served by leaving this obscure socialist in obscurity.

And they aren’t.

They’re promoting the snot out of her.

They’re touting her as the New Face of the Democrat Party.

And as Jesse Kelly likes to say, all the Democrats have to do is not be insane. And they can’t do it.

The icing on the cake is the media is helping to promote their insanity.

No wonder centrist Democrats have decided to #WalkAway.

That finger will be really useful in blaming the other side.

At least she is easy on the eyes!

I agree, she is like Hugo Chavez, except her boobs are smaller.

Who is the Republican likely to run against her? Depending upon how toxic her statements about socialism-communism, a liberal Republican could win that seat.

In New York, there is no other kind of Republican. Trust me. They’re all Liberal Republicans.

Tucker Carlson suggested she might want to replace ICE with the Welcome Wagon.

So little is known about this woman. I am quite sure that in the next couple of months someone will dig up something that will take the shine off of this ersatz Evita. As far as I know her employment history says she was a bartender….

Serving up mind altering drinks is not all that far from serving up mind altering socialist propaganda……

I want to know how this Latina can turn her back on her fellow Latinos in Venezuela.
