You want a big red flag that someone isn’t a Bible-believing Christian? He insists on going by the honorific “Reverend” as obsessively as Jill Biden using the honorific “Doctor.”

Georgia Senator “Reverend” Raphael Warnock is the latest in a string of “Call me by my honorific” “men of god” who is neither reverent nor a man of God.

Warnock even altered his official Senate title to “Senator Reverend Raphael Warnock.” That’s how obsessively he clings to this title.

Rand Paul doesn’t go by “Senator Doctor Rand Paul.”

But as with “Reverend” Al Sharpton, “Reverend” Warnock deserves zero reverence – at least within the Christian Church.

Yesterday, on Easter Sunday no less, Rapheal Warnock tweeted out a now-deleted Easter message that read:

“The meaning of Easter is more transcendent that the resurrection of Jesus Christ. Whether you are Christian or not, through a commitment to helping others we are able to save ourselves.”

Yeah, no.

The meaning of Easter is the resurrection of Jesus Christ. That’s the whole point.

What can be more transcendent than God made flesh and dying for our sins so that we may be saved?

It doesn’t get more transcendent than that.

A “Reverend” of a Christian Church would know that.

If we can save ourselves, Jesus could’ve spared himself the trouble. John 3:16 would read “For God so loved the world that he told mankind to help others in order to be saved.”

By Grace we are saved.

A Christian would never trivialize, or worse, dismiss God’s Grace.

“Reverend” Warnock reminds me of that race-hustling bigot “Bishop” Talbert Swan who spews vitriol and hatred for his fellow man from his pulpit on Twitter. He’s the guy who called Candace Owens a coon and who gave a Twitter sermon decrying the inherent White Privilege of Band-Aids.

Even by “Reverend” Warnock’s definition of being “saved,” “Bishop” Swan ain’t doing so well.

“Bishop” Swan and “Reverend” Warnock may be members of the clergy, but their “church” isn’t the Christian Church. They are both members in good standing in the Kooky Progressive Religion of Collective Guilt.

And in the Progressive Religion, there is no Grace, no forgiveness, no atonement. You are always guilty no matter how much you grovel and beg. Heck, you’re even guilty of the sins committed by others if you share their skin color.

Warnock might have deleted that tweet after getting an earful from Christians who rightly chastised him for his heresy. But trust me. That tweet is what he believes.

What he doesn’t believe in is God’s Grace and salvation through Christ.

Race hustling charlatans read love of race and hatred for others into their twisted interpretation of Holy Scripture. The sheer blasphemy they spew is an abomination to those of us who are of real Faith.

God is not mocked. On his present trajectory, his ultimate title will be “Senator depart from me, I never knew you Raphael Warnock”.

Warnock has certainly earned the title of “Douche Bag”, but I don’t see that on his business card….
