You can forget all of Nancy Pelosi’s pearl-clutching and weepy “concern” tweets about those poor Federal workers who won’t get paid during the shutdown.

She’s full of crap.

While Chuck Schumer holds these same Federal workers hostage to prevent the funding for a border wall, Nancy jetted off to Hawaii for the holiday.

Because she’s really committed to helping resolve the shutdown, y’all.

According to the Free Beacon, Nancy is enjoying fun in the Hawaii sun where she is staying at a luxury resort whose rooms run from $899 a night for a standard room all the way up to $4,899 a night for the Presidential suite.

Poor Nancy.  It must be such a sacrifice walking the sandy, private beach in her Hawaii resort – especially given how super-duper concerned she is for these furloughed Federal workers.

Let’s face it.  Nancy cares as much for those affected by the shutdown as she does for illegal aliens.

Which is to say, she doesn’t give a rip.

Her faux “concern” begins and ends at how much political mileage she can get out of exploiting them.

And she can just as easily exploit them from the posh resort in Hawaii as she can in Washington.
