The symbolism wasn’t lost on me

I saw this video over at the Gateway Pundit. And I have to tell you, the symbolism is inescapable.

Yeah. As Jim Hoft pointed out, nobody does a thing as an American flag drops to the floor.

I didn’t expect them to. As I told you the other day, I don’t trust these people with our flag.

What caught my eye, however, is how completely symbolic this 11-second video is.

Hillary Clinton has just officially accepted the Democrat nomination for President and, as if knowing what fate awaits us should she win, Old Glory topples to the ground.

It is as powerful as message as the scene in “13 Hours” when, in the still calm of the following morning, all that remained of the American presence at the consulate was a tattered American flag floating in the pool.

I consider it a sign — a portend of things to come.

She was going to yell for Huma to pick it up. Right after she fetched her gum. And vodka soda. And her Saul Alinski cocktail pantsuit for the after party.
