The Castro apologist
Is anyone on Planet Earth even mildly shocked that Bernie Sanders is a Castro apologist?
Is there a Marxist tin-pot dictator the guy won’t make excuses for?
Bernie is more than happy to overlook the bloodthirsty element of the Castro regime because like any good Marxist will tell you, you can’t have a Glorious Socialist Omelet without cracking a few thousand eggs.
Sure, Castro murdered thousands. So what? He also launched a literacy program!!!
Sure, the Soviets starved millions. But by golly, those chandeliers in their subway stations were beautiful!
Yeah, and the parks in Nazi Germany were manicured visions of tranquility.
And Mussolini made the trains run on time.
More than a hundred million dead thanks to the Glorious Communist Revolution. The Soviets, the Red Chinese, the Khmer Rouge, North Korea, Chavez, Castro, Ortega — are we now to add the American Democrat Party?
If we still taught history in public schools, maybe the fools feeling the Bern would have learned that the promise of Utopia and “power to the people” is the biggest and deadliest lie ever perpetrated on the human race.
And yet most of them don’t know. Most of them believe the lie.
Though, there are some among them who know it’s a lie and they’re cool with that.
Bernie can claim that he is “very opposed to the authoritarian nature of Cuba.” But unless he is as ignorant and naïve as his “real socialism has never been tried” followers, he knows that inherent in a Marxist Revolution is its authoritarian nature.
The Democrats have been flirting with Communism for seventy-five years.
Bernie 2020 is the Democrats finally saying, “Listen, Communism. We’ve been flirting long enough. Let’s get it on!”
And while Bernie is doing his best to hide his inner Castro under a veneer of “I want us to be like Denmark,” his campaign surrogates aren’t trying to hide it in the least.
They thrill at the idea of a violent revolution with gulags, guillotines, and reeducation camps.
I said before Bernie’s “Revolution” isn’t cut from the same cloth of our own; it’s more the Robespierre variety. Or Castro. Or Lenin. Or Mao. Pick any totalitarian who seeks to control the people, and that is the Bernie Revolution.
As odious as it is to hear an American make excuses for someone like Fidel Castro, that isn’t what I find frightening. Truth is, there has been a communist-loving fringe in America since the Bolsheviks stormed the Winter Palace more than a century ago.
What is frightening to me is Bernie Sanders is the frontrunner for the Democrat nomination. And more frightening still is this embrace of Marxism is no longer the fringe.
It is the Democrat Party in 2020.
And despite a hundred million killed and several hundreds of millions more enslaved, there are currently millions of American citizens who are eager and willing to vote for their own enslavement.

There has to be a better word than stupid. Maybe a string of Urdu guttural sounds and click clicks to describe democrats. All the buffoons at the DNC need do is make Sanders publicly register as a democrat. And if he refuses, kick him out of the democrat primary process. But they won’t because of the mindless lemmings following him. They will bolt to a third party and the dem party is gone.

I long for a revolution with guillotines too. The one where the actual people, the voters of this country, stand up and declare that this farce of a government needs to go. Every establishment puke should be very afraid. They give Putin hell for his job swapping, but how is that different from what our elected officials do? All in the name of money. Get money out of politics and get people elected that actually care about their neighbors, their constituents. These democrat socialists are so full of hot air; their policies aren’t meant to lift anyone up, they’re meant to keep us all down, and anyone who thinks otherwise is an idiot. It is time they fear us and work for us again.
