US Postal Service Colludes with Clinton Campaign

postal service

And this right here is another reason I think Government unions are a bad idea.

Did you hear about this?

The United States Postal Service let employees take leave from their jobs to do union-funded campaign work for Hillary Clinton and some other Democrat candidates in 2016.

But this didn’t just happen in 2016. Apparently it’s been going on for years.

And not only is it all kinds of shady, it’s also against the law.

From Fox News:

The Hatch Act limits the kind of political activities federal employees can engage in.

And the reason should be obvious.

From Fox’s report:

The law’s purpose is to ensure federal programs are “administered in a nonpartisan fashion, to protect federal employees from political coercion in the workplace, and to ensure that federal employees are advanced based on merit and not based on political affiliation,” according to the OSC.

But apparently the Postal Service union doesn’t give two craps about the law.

Honestly, this kind of garbage sends me into orbit.

And it’s exactly why I think Government employee unions are such a sham.

Who doesn’t get to sit down and collectively bargain with these parasites? The very people who pay their freaking salaries and benefits.

How is that right?

We, the American people, have no place at the bargaining table. But we are the ones left holding the bill.

That alone is an egregious screw you to the American taxpayers.

But the fact that they are actively campaigning for the party that guarantees their ever-expanding ranks and increasing pay means we taxpayers are getting screwed all over again.

Honestly, I am so sick and tired of this crap.
