Vote as if your vote will decide the election

vote as if your vote will decide the election

I considered taking a picture of me naked like Chelsea Handler did.

Okay. Not really. Mostly because I’m not insane.

Besides, me wearing my “I voted” sticker is a much better election day message.

Any old how.

The polls are open and the Midterm election is underway.

So what the heck are you waiting for? Get out and vote!

I was up at six, showered, dressed and out the door by six-twenty to get to my polling place.

I couldn’t wait to vote.

This may be our chance to finally rid this state of New York Governor Andrew Cuomo. And I couldn’t wait to get out and cast my vote for Marc Molinaro.

My Republican Congressman, John Katko, is a bit of a moderate squish. And I was even excited to vote for him.

Sure, he didn’t support Trump in 2016 and has a rather low grade at Conservative Review. Actually, he has a “F” from Conservative Review. That’s not “rather low,” that’s sub-basement level.

But his opponent, Dana Balter, is a far-Left Resistance whack-job. And for weeks I have been inundated with crap mailers slandering Katko as some kind of a monster. My enthusiastic support for Katko I owe to the PAC paying for those mailers. They inspired me – only, not in the way they intended.

I always vote as if my vote is the one that will decide an election.

We’ve seen some crazy close races over the years – decided by a handful of votes.

So going to the polls thinking my vote might be the one to tip the scale really helps invigorate me.

Plus, because I’m kinda mean, I like to think I will personally have a hand in upsetting those precious snowflakes who will film themselves crying and “literally shaking right now” if the Democrats don’t get their “Blue Wave.”

For those of you in Michigan, the Senate race is crazy close. John James has worked tirelessly to close the gap. And since you don’t have early voting, it all comes down to today.

For all you know, your vote may very well be the vote that decides that election.

Plus, a vote for John James is a great way to stick it to the biased, hateful media.

Don’t you Michiganders want to vote for James just to ruin this woman’s day?

Well, ruin it more I should say, since she already lost her job.

Let’s be honest, Hollywood, the media, the political class — these people hate us. And they hate the fact that we actually have a voice in our own self-government.

They’ve spent the last two years trying to dispirit us while their shock troops worked overtime to intimidate us.

But we aren’t going away. And come to think of it, they hate that too.

They’ve slandered us, belittled us, and dismissed us.

But on the plus side, they’ve also consistently underestimated us.

Your vote will help remind them of that.

So get out today and vote.

And to my fellow New Yorkers, help bring an end to the reign of the Petulant Condescending Prince. Who knows? Maybe your vote will be the one that gives Marc Molinaro the win.

Unfortunately, the likelihood that Molinaro will hand Prince Andrew his walking papers here in the People’s Republic of NY are slim and none. Nonetheless, not only did I vote for the former, but I made sure about 20 or so people in my sphere of influence got out and did the same, today. I even did something I never do because our local GOP chairman is such a crook – I voted straight down the Republican line just to send a message. What is it they say on the Lottery commercials…Hey, you never know!

Way to go!! But that shirt looks like a 3X on ya. Comfortably NUMB, no doubt. Thanks again Dianny for all that you do. Just FISHING HERE…

It is a 3X. I tend to dress in layers when it’s cold. So I buy really, really large sweatshirts so I can wear stuff under it. Plus, when clothes are baggy, warmth tends to stay with your body and not disappear. All helpful things I learn in the bitter winters.
