Are the walls closing in on Hillary?

For all her endless complaints about him, the truth is, James Comey was Hillary Clinton’s savior.

Sure, he may have played a part in keeping her out of the White House. But Comey’s bigger role was keeping Hillary out of the Big House.

And now he’s gone.

But it’s even worse than that. Now we know just how much James Comey did to obstruct justice in the Clinton investigation.

As Investor’s Business Daily put it the other day: Now We Know: FBI Ignored Lawbreaking To Exonerate Hillary Clinton.

Well, now James Comey is gone and facing legal troubles of his own.

And without him and Loretta Lynch in place to obstruct any investigations, I think it’s fair to say that the walls are closing in on Hillary.

Let’s review last week’s explosive news, shall we?

We learned that Huma Abedin did in fact forward classified documents to her Yahoo account on her husband’s laptop. At least eighteen classified emails were found there.

In addition to that, we learned that the FBI has reopened the investigation into the Clinton Foundation Pay-to-Play from when Hillary was Secretary of State.

Not only that, according to one administration official, the Department of Justice has been quietly investigating the Clinton Foundation for months.

But wait! There’s more!

The Department of Justice is preparing a new probe into Hillary’s homebrew email server.

Seems like everywhere Hillary turns, the walls are closing in.

But this time Jim Comey isn’t there to preemptively absolve her of any criminal charges.

And Loretta Lynch won’t be there to prevent anyone from actually investigating the “matter.”

On top of that, any remaining Clinton loyalists in the FBI are a wee bit too busy trying to save their own asses to rush to cover Hillary’s.

In other words, there isn’t anybody to keep the walls from closing in.

No wonder Hillary’s house caught fire. All this bad news probably made her head explode.

You know, I said last year that the Democrats are going to regret demanding an investigation into the 2016 election.

How could they not?

In their blind quest to “get” Trump, we’ve only learned that all roads lead back to Team Clinton.

This single-minded push to chase the phantom “RussiaGate” has resulted in the unintended consequence of exposing not just Hillary’s nefarious dealings, but the FBI’s attempt to obstruct justice and let her off the hook.

All in all, 2018 is starting out really badly for the Clintons.

But as Hillary said herself during the 2016 election: nobody is too big to jail.
