Who do you think you’re kidding, Baltimore

The mayor of Baltimore has announced that city taxpayers will be footing the bill for sixty buses to take Baltimore-area high school kids to the Women’s March Gun Control March in Washington.

Seriously?

Of course Mayor Pugh did not word it that way.

She called them “free buses.”

The irony of the mayor of Murder Central sending children to the Women’s March Gun Control March is rich, isn’t it?

Maryland has some of the most stringent gun laws in the country.

And yet Baltimore is home to how many homicides?

Well, in 2017, they set a record with 343 murders.

In fact, it’s been so bad in Baltimore, they actually think only having sixteen homicides in February is something to crow about. That’s their lowest monthly homicide rate since January of 2016.

Well, bully!

Perhaps if Mayor Pugh really cared about gun violence, she’d take care of the plank in her own eye first.

Is Pugh a mayor or an activist?

Well, that answers that question.

Using taxpayer dollars to shuttle high school students to a activist-funded event led by the Farrakhan-loving Women’s March isn’t just irresponsible; it’s outrageous.

Just imagine the hue and cry if a mayor used taxpayer funds to bus kids to the March for Life.

Yeah. Exactly.

Hey, it could be worse. She could be offering them “space to destroy.”

But then again, maybe I shouldn’t give her any ideas.
