You know that Abolish ICE thing? Well, never mind!

Abolish ICE nevermind

It’s always fun to watch an example of “Operation Backfire” unfold right before your eyes.

And we’re seeing it happening today.

After promoting the hell out of this weekend’s nationwide protests against ICE, CNN suddenly realized their mistake and like Emily Litella are meekly whimpering, “Never mind!”

Yes. A massive political mistake that you guys at CNN helped to gin up, you dummies.

I guess somebody at CNN finally combed through the results of that Harvard/Harris poll from June 27 and realized they were promoting a wildly unpopular movement.

And since CNN’s priority isn’t reporting the news but securing this fading “Blue Wave,” they have to back-peddle big time.

Now, granted, this is being billed as an opinion piece.

Which, seems redundant since, well, it’s from CNN.

But here’s the writer’s biggest concern:

With Democrats attacking ICE, the administration has been given an opening to paint its opponents as extreme, radical and a threat to national security.

“Paint its opponents?”

Honey, if the semi-gloss acrylic fits…

The fact is, nobody needs to “paint” the Abolish ICE movement as “extreme, radical and a threat to national security.” Mostly because it’s the unvarnished truth.

But the fact is Democrats can only win if they pretend that they’re not extreme.

And this Abolish ICE movement pulls the curtain back and lets us all see just how radical these Democrats really are.

And that is exactly why CNN is panicking.

They know they pushed too hard and too far. And the radical Abolish ICE movement is already blowing up in their faces like a trick cigar.

But at this point, publishing an opinion piece after you’ve already promoted the heck out this is a day late and a dollar short.

Every time they figure out that something’s backfiring, one of them says, “No no! Let’s do this…THIS will work even better!!!11!”

Whoever is writing the “What Happened” book for the Blue Wave should be taking notes right now, while it’s all happening.

It is not the fault of the ignorant youth to believe immigration is good and Conservatism is bad! We were taught explicitly to believe the ‘News.’ from about 3rd grade on with ‘current events’ class. Then the media turns out (as many of us suspected) Not in the business of News, but Propagandists for the Super Rich! We need to crash the Mainstream Media (MSM). They are our national corrupters. Their influence is absurd. We have invaded countries under totally false pretenses and killed Scores of Millions based on their word.
KILL MSM! Unplug the cable/satellite and go 100% internet. Choose what you want to believe in after sampling Many Sources. Try for an introduction.

Over and above the mainstream media bias and their fake news, I believe they have broken serious laws, all of them felonies. I am not a lawyer, but an unbiased lawyer could identify grounds for charges of conspiracy to incite riots and encourage violence. Furthermore, I believe they’ve broken the RICO laws for racketeering. Perhaps the most serious charge would be sedition. There could be more criminal charges, but I’m simply not familiar enough with criminal law to list any more.
